4.12.4 System Approvals (System Administrators Only)
As a System Administrator, you can use the System Approvals page to set default approval actions and view counts of overrides for Application and Windows Updates.
System Approvals Applications
The System Approval Applications tab shows a top-level list of applications, their approval action, and the recommended product version for all the sites.
System Approvals Windows Updates
The System Approvals for Windows Updates tab shows a top-level list of updates, their approval status and the associated KB article reference number for all the Windows Updates on all sites
