4.11 User activity

Overview

The User Activity page provides visibility into actions performed within the platform. 
This page displays activity logs related to administrative actions, configuration changes, approvals, and other system events. 
The User Activity table displays: 
  1. User, the account that performed the action. 
  2. Activity, the activity performed. 
  3. Result, the affected host, group, application, or configuration. 
  4. Time of Activity, when the action occurred. 

Filter results

On the User Activity page, you can filter the view to specific Users, Activity or Time of activity by: 
  1. Entering them in the appropriate text field. 
  2. Sort the list, click the  arrows next to Users, Activity and Time of activity to sort the list alphabetically ascending or descending. 

To filter the results by Time of Activity. To do that: 
  1. Click at the field below Time of Activity. 
  2. Select the desired date. 
  3. Click the arrow next to Time of Activity to sort the results. 

This allows you to quickly narrow down the activities you’re searching for a specific time frame. 

Export to CSV

On the User activity page, you can export the view of the list as a CSV file. 
To do so: 
  1. Click Export to CSV to download the table into CSV format. 
  2. Open it up in an application that can show it(excel)
