4.1 Dashboard - VulnDetect Technical Guide
Dashboard Overview
SecTeer VulnDetect Dashboard provides an overview of your hosts, installed applications, and other relevant data to ensure priority is given to the most critical tasks.
This is a visual overview of the status of the applications installed in your environment.
Vulnerability breakdown Chart
The Vulnerability Status Breakdown gives you an overview of vulnerability statuses for all
applications that SecTeer VulnDetect has scanned.
Every application is counted once.
INFO: If an application falls into two more categories, it’ll be listed in the most severe.
Updates Deployed Automatically Chart
The Updates Deployed Automatically chart allows you to view past data, with a breakdown of the number of Security Updates and Regular Updates.
You can also select the update periods from the drop-down list.
Software installations chart
The Software Installations chart displays the Vulnerability Status Breakdown for the past week, with an option to view different periods by specifying a period in the From and To fields.
Summary
You can hover over the Dashboard elements or click an item in the Summary for further information.

Out-of-Date Approvals | Number of Approvals that are Out-of-Date and require manual action before they can Approve Updates. |
Groups | Number of Groups. |
Active Hosts | Hosts that are active i.e. not Dormant or Hidden |
Host Licenses in Use | Hosts that have checked-in in the last 45 days are
counted towards Host Licenses. This includes hosts
marked as Dormant or Hidden, until 45 days have passed
since their last check-in. |
Products | Number of distinct software Products found by inspections. |
Versions | Number of distinct versions of software Products found by inspections. |
Installations | Total number of installations of software Products found by inspections. |
0-Day | Number of installations of software Products that have 0-Day vulnerabilities. |
Insecure | Number of installations of software Products that are Insecure, not counting those that have 0-Day vulnerabilities. |
EoL | Number of installations of software Products that are End-of-Life, not counting those that are Insecure and/or have 0-Day vulnerabilities. |
Ok | Number of installations of software Products that are neither Insecure nor End-of-Life. |
